In processing you credit application Equip Solutions will perform searches via several credit reference agencies and/or selected third parties who may record those enquiries, we may also disclose information about the conduct of your account to credit reference agency or other third parties. The information obtained from or provided to credit reference agencies may be used in accessing further applications for credit terms, for debt collection, for tracing and for fraud prevention. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice, Equip Solutions also offer a strict credit limit, if your account exceeds this credit limit you agree to apply funds on request to bring the account balance below that of the credit limit. All plant and equipment is hired under the Construction Plant Hire Association Conditions (CPA October 2021) a copy of these terms and conditions can be supplied upon request. The Hirer is responsible for all daily and weekly safety inspections of all hired equipment in line with legal and manufacture conditions. The hirer is also fully responsible for all loss and damages including punctures and tyre damage. For limited companies, we the undersigned being a director of the company jointly and severally guarantee performance of all the company's financial obligations to Equip Solutions and are hereby bound by their standard terms and conditions.
